ARCHITEKTEN SCHUMANN is an international operating German architecture firm nearby Berlin with expertise in energy efficient building, reactivation of historical fabric and innovative concept development.
Quality individual housing has been in the focus of our longstanding design work. At the same, the firm realized community buildings for clubs and parishes. In recent years, the activity has been extended into the field of alternative housing projects and new working environments. With interest on intercultural exchange, the office takes on projects from different countries.
ARCHITEKTEN SCHUMANN’s working experience covers all stages of a project. Being a small enterprise, all the project’s concerns are handled in one competency. The scope of activity compasses master planning, architectural design and construction, energy consulting, sustainability planning, construction management and interior design.
Established in 1994, the office is managed by Helmut H. Schumann. In 2010, Christoph Schumann joined the family business. Together and in cooperation with regional and international partners, ARCHITEKTEN SCHUMANN develop new solutions in construction and design.
